We have been getting a ton of calls/emails about if we are taking anymore racers since online registration is closed. The answer is YES!!! You can still register at any race and we recommend you show up a hour to hour n half before your race time.

Rory Mead takes Rd1 VP fuels overall for Bike day followed by JG offroad/Honda Jimmy Jarrett and 3rd went to Mike McGinnis. Pro row was packed with 15 racers out there today. Even with the Weather AWRCS had its best turnout ever. Atv's were down alot do to weather that never turned off the rain all day that was to last until early Sat. am. They did dry up and tack up the bike track and it was windy all night Sat. to make conditions alot more favorable for bike racers. The bike racers were huge with 304 racers for the day! Sorry for the adult tight starting conditions and it will be addressed for Rd2 at Coal Hollow Wellsville Oh. Thanks for all the (students) Dean's list racers for moving up and being a MAN!! Everyone gives you a pat on the back! It shows with the talent of AWRCS racers if you want to excell, AWRCS is the place to Race in the tri state. Anyone check out/notice the mini/youth turnout? JG offroad American Honda rider Brian Wolf takes VP fuels opening round. It was tuff out there with all the rain today, The woods held up great and no problems or bottle necks to speak of. The mx track was muddy and  just started to get tacky on the last lap. All in all a great day putting my Honda out in front. Runner up spot belonged to Kevin Yoho who kept Wolf in his sights for most of the race. Rain is over and Bikes to have good weather with temps in mid to upper 50's. The track is tacky and a few dry spots surfaced today. Tracks conditions for bike should be perfect with rain today to keep dust down. No problems with rv's getting in or out as ground is solid in pits.

Weather is looking good as rain to come in friday night and leave sat early am. We need this rain as everything is so dry there. most of the puddles are dryed up completely.  10 SECONDS!!!        Saturday: Showers likely, mainly before 10am. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 51. North wind between 10 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

 We will be having announcer and fm broadcasting, so pit crews can hear from pits whats going on throughout race if they can't get to scoring tv. We will be doing interviews also throughout the weekend! So bring your fm walkman/portable radio for live updates.

Ok, less then a week out!! Looks to be best season yet as we are over 500 pre registered racers. As of last week Pre register is shut down now and you can register at tracks from here on out. VP fuel is Rd 1 sponsor. VP is giving away 5 cans of fuel per day of racing to lucky racers!! Stiller Motorsports is giving a easy up per day of racing and Racer Productions is giving two Vip passes to your choice of Steele City or High Point outdoor nationals. Lets not forget about Sabre equipment, KR4 Performance,AWRCS giving out 10 gas cards per day of racing also through all 10 rds of racing!! Rd 1 Crow Canyon tracks are in Mini 6-7tenths of woods and 2-3tenths of mx track. Youth 4 miles, Adult 11.7 miles. All racers will start on mx track! Youth and Adult will do 2/3 of a lap of mx and then into woods per lap. So get your MX buddies to come on out as it's the only round with jumps man made. Pirelli is back on board for 2012 and Pat (tire balls) will have them at discount rate all year and can mount them for you track side!! He will also have ITP tires at discount rates,VP fuel, knobby knives,googles,etc for you. Need anything, give him a call 724 272-2998. Crow canyon has a pretty big assortment of closeout stuff on sale also and will be open all weekend long. Last note, its very dry and we can us some rain. So everyone do a little dance for us!
